The Witches Festival returns on October 21 at 10AM ET and runs until November 4. Players receive a passive 100% bonus to XP gains during the event. To begin, they can collect “The Witchmother’s Bargain” from the Crown Store or visit Olyve’s Brewery. Players who finished the introductory quest in an earlier year can skip it. Completing it awards the Witchmother’s Whistle, which summons a cauldron whose brew transforms players into skeletons.
Boss hunts and two daily quests offer opportunities to collect Plunder Skulls, with up to 10 legendary Dremora Plunder Skulls available each day. Possible rewards include new Zhekleg armor style pages alongside returning styles. The daily quests support small and large groups, respectively. Meanwhile, the Impresario accepts Trade Bars for returning event rewards and Sanguine-themed collectible fragments, including the first fragment for the Grotto of Desires home.
