Battlefield 6 has outlined the remaining Season 5 updates. Phase 2 is scheduled for Nov 10, bringing European Casino, Multiplayer Leaderboards and balance changes. European Casino focuses on close-quarters combat, with the Casino Heist event arriving alongside it. Weapon adjustments under consideration include weaker extended mags for SCW-10 and KV9, plus improvements to some underused attachments.
Phase 3 follows on Dec 8 with Server Browser, Platoons and revisions to Blackwell Fields and New Sobek City. The map changes aim to expand movement options through extra flanking space, terrain breaks and additional routes to rooftops and objectives. Server Browser will offer persistent lobbies alongside the existing matchmaking system, although matchmaking users may change servers between rounds according to their preferences.
Platoons will initially accommodate up to 100 players, offering custom names, squad tags and shared gameplay statistics. Players will receive an XP bonus for joining squadmates from their Platoon. Further community and social features are planned, while Season 6 and continued support are listed for 2027.
